Downers Grove Memorial Day Parade And Ceremony Info
The parade steps off at 10:45 at Main Street and Burlington.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Downers Grove will honor fallen war heroes with its annual Memorial Day Parade and ceremony on Monday, May 28. The parade will kick off at 10:45 a.m. and will be followed by a memorial ceremony at 11 a.m. in Fishel Park.
The parade will step off from Main St. and Burlington Ave. and then will head south on Main St. to Grove, where it will stop at Fishel Park for the ceremony.
In observance of Memorial Day, all village offices will be closed Monday and garbage collection will be delayed by one day, according to village officials.
