Downers Grove Schools Close For Below-Zero Temps
Dozens of Downers Grove schools will be closed due to dangerously cold weather on Wednesday.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL -- With temperatures expected to be well below zero and wind chills set to plunge as low as 55 below zero, Downers Grove schools have begun to announce closures for Wednesday. Some schools are opting to close both Wednesday and Thursday. The following Downers Grove schools have announced closures:
- Devry Downers Grove
- District 58 closed Jan. 30 and 31
- District 99 closed Jan. 30 and 31
- Little People Learning Center (closing at 4 p.m. Tues.)
- Marquette Manor Baptist Academy and Preschool
