Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club Sponsors Dunk Tank at 2nd Annual Father’s Day Grand Grill Out

The Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club is sponsoring the dunk tank at Lemon Tree Grocers 2^nd Annual Father’s Day Grand Grill Out. The event takes place on June 16^th the day before Father’s Day at Lemon Tree Grocers in downtown Downers Grove, and includes great food, grilling tips from Chef Tim Canning, live music, and a dunk tank. The Grill Out starts at 8:30am and continues through 2pm; with the dunk tank running from 10am to 1 pm. Several local Downers Grove celebrities will be available for dunking, including State Senator Ron Sandack, DG Commissioner Robert Barnett, DG Commissioner Geoff Neustadt, DG Mayor Martin Tully, Coach Josh Porter, and Coach John Wander. The cost is $5 for 3 balls, and $10 for 7. Proceeds benefit the Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club a volunteer women’s organization dedicated to supporting and raising awareness of charitable organizations, individuals in need, and the community.
