Ground Broken On New Industrial Development In Downers Grove
The new project is expected to be completed by early 2019.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Downers Grove officials recently took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for a new industrial and office development in the village. The project, helmed by Bridge Development Partners LLC and Banner Oak Capital Partners, will bring a 678,858 industrial and office complex to a 54-acre patch of land just north of Warrenville Road near Lacey and Finley Roads.
In a press release from Choose DuPage, the Principal and Chicago Market Officer of Bridge Developments, Steve Groetsema called the project "one of the most unique and notable new development starts in Chicago's west suburbs."

The development will include three buildings, one at 3600 Lacey, one at 3700 Lacey, and one at 3800 Finley.

One benefit of the industrial park is its location, Downers Grove Mayor Martin Tully said, is its easy access to I-355, adding that he was "thrilled" the village was chosen for this endeavor.
Bridge Development Partners plans to complete the industrial and office park by early 2019.
