Home, Business Burglarized In Downers Grove: Police Blotter
Items were stolen from a home and tobacco products were stolen from a Downers Grove business in two separate burglaries.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Items were stolen from a home and tobacco and CBD products were stolen from a local business during two separate burglaries that were reported on the most recent Downers Grove crime blotter.
Cigarillos, Electronics, CBD Items Stolen from Smoke Mafia
Police were called to Smoke Mafia, 446 75th St. on June 18 for a report of a smash and grab burglary around 11:35 p.m. The suspects had smashed the glass on the front door and an alarm was going off when police arrived, according to the blotter. The following items were reported stolen:

Home Burglarized in 5100 Block of Lee Avenue
A residential burglary was reported in the 5100 block of Lee Avenue on June 21. The residents told police they left around 8 a.m. and returned around 5 p.m. to find the door to their home open and unlocked. Drawers had been opened and jewelry boxes had been rifled through, according to the police blotter. Police say some fake jewelry items were stolen.
