IL Tollway Seeks to Fill 75 Seasonal Toll Collector Positions

The Illinois Tollway is currently seeking qualified candidates for approximately 75 seasonal toll collector positions.

DOWNERS GROVE – The Illinois Tollway is currently seeking qualified candidates for approximately 75 seasonal toll collector positions throughout the 12 counties the Tollway system serves. The positions pay $12 per hour and typically begin from May 15, 2018, and end October 31, 2018. Candidates must apply by February 20, 2018

The seasonal toll collector position requires the following skills and abilities:

  • Must be able to pass written exam in order to qualify for an interview.
  • Must be able to work from May 15, 2018, through October 31, 2018.
  • One year of customer service, cash handling, retail or bank experience is desired.
  • Availability to work seven days per week, 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • The ability to lift 25 pounds is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
