Lt. Gov. Sanguinetti to Speak in Downers Grove at DGEDC Annual Luncheon
A record turnout is expected for the event, which will include local business leaders and state, county and local elected officials.

The Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation announced today that Lt. Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti will be the keynote speaker at the DGEDC Annual Luncheon on June 18.
The event will be held at the DoubleTree Suites Hotel in Downers Grove. David Fox, president of Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, will introduce the lieutenant governor. Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital is the Groundbreaker Sponsor for the annual luncheon.

“It is an honor to have Lt. Gov. Sanguinetti speak at our annual luncheon,” said Michael Cassa, president and CEO of the DGEDC. Cassa will deliver his annual economic development report at the event.
The 2015 Cornerstone Awards will also be presented at the luncheon. The Cornerstone Awards recognize three important projects that have been completed in the preceding 12 months.
