Man Accused Of Exposing Self, Putting On Condom At Main Street Station

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A man was accused of exposing his penis and putting on a condom while talking to a woman at the Main Street Station in Downers Grove, according to a recent police report.

George McNeal, 75, was charged with public indecency - lewd exposure in connection with the Feb. 8 incident.

Police were called to the Metra station at 5001 Main St. around 11:30 p.m. by a woman who said she had arrived at the station via a ride service and was approached by McNeal. The police report said "the conversation turned to their sexual history" and then the McNeal left to "buy condoms," the woman told police.

According to police, McNeal sat on the bench inside the train station and exposed his penis before putting on a condom. Police say the woman showed them videos and photographs of McNeal with his penis exposed on the train station bench.

The police report said an empty Magnum condom wrapper was found in McNeal's pocket during a search.

McNeal was taken into custody and was also cited for trespassing. He was released on i-bond and is set to appear in court again on March 15.
