DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A Downers Grove man faces charges of reckless conduct after he allegedly ran out in front of a woman's car and jumped on the hood in the wake of an argument. Giancarlo Figaro, 29, was charged in connection with the Tuesday evening incident.
According to a police report, Figaro and the woman had an argument the night before and she asked him to leave. Figaro left, but police say he called the woman more than 20 times before the alleged incident.
The victim told police that Figaro ran out in front of her car in the 3000 block of Woodcreek and would not move. Figaro is accused of standing in front of the car and moving from side to side, preventing the woman from getting out of the way of traffic.
