DOWNERS GROVE – Sometimes, dreams do come true. Nine-year-old Jack Stevens, from Naperville, had the chance of a lifetime to serve as an Honorary Bat Kid during the Chicago Cubs game against the Minnesota Twins on July 1 at Wrigley Field. This opportunity was sponsored by Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Advocate Health Care that provides young patients the opportunity as a way to give back to its patients, families and community.

Jack has not always had the easiest life, having to battle several medical conditions straight from birth; he had to fight to be where he is today.
