A recent survey of 2,000 Americans aged 65 and older has revealed that seniors are embracing the digital age and seeking ways to inject happiness into their lives. Commissioned by Comfort Keepers, a quarter of seniors believe their life advice could go viral on social media, while 63% actively engage with these platforms every day.

But it's not all about dispensing advice. The survey unveiled that seniors refuse to let age hinder their pursuit of joy and love. An overwhelming 73% firmly believe that it's never too late to find true love, with 37% even venturing into the realm of dating apps. Family (71%), friends (49%), and good weather (26%) were identified as the top three sources of happiness for older Americans.

The survey also uncovered a love for the timeless melodies that defined their youth, as well as an appreciation for today's music. The Beatles still captivate the hearts of 47% of seniors, as well as The Beach Boys, cherished by 45%, and the Rolling Stones were embraced by 38%. But today’s artists have also caught their attention –Ed Sheeran (23%), Bruno Mars (20%), and Taylor Swift (17%) were the top picks.
