Health and wellness shop The Natural Path opened April 16 at 5226 Main Street in Downers Grove.

Linda LaLonde, owner of The Natural Path, specializes in educating and coaching others on how to bring the body back into balance. Using a holistic approach, she teaches about nutrition, stress, herbs and the biochemistry of the body.

“Linda has been a wonderful health coach for me,” said Downers Grove resident Marta Cullen, who has worked with LaLonde. “She is filled with inspiration and answers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for success in gaining better health.”

LaLonde, a naturopath, will provide individual health coaching, IN.FORM Weight Management Classes and meditation.
