DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The Downers Grove village council approved a proposal for a WoodSpring Suites hotel and a restaurant to be built at Ogden and Walnut Avenues, according to a report.
Shaw Local reports the village council unanimously approved the proposal from Holladay Properties earlier this week.
The extended-stay hotel and a restaurant will go up on the southeast corner of Ogden and Walnut, the report said. The type of restaurant is yet to be determined, though it could include a drive-thru, according to Shaw Local.
