• Downers Grove To Vote On Industrial Building Proposal For Warrenville Road (patch.com) — Downers Grove residents may soon see big changes on Warrenville Road as the Village Council considers rezoning 2500 Warrenville Rd. for a 173,000-square-foot industrial building. The proposal would replace the existing structure with a new facility featuring truck docks and 116 parking spaces, potentially attracting distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or food processing tenants.
