Second Good Samaritan Patient Arrested For Threats In ER: Cops
The incident happened just over a week after a patient was arrested after allegedly threatening to kill a nurse.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — For the second time in just over a week, a patient was arrested after reportedly becoming aggressive in the emergency room at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. Police say Jessica Tintori, 35, of the 3000 block of Finley Road, Downers Grove, swore at and threatened hospital employees Saturday evening, resulting in charges of disorderly conduct.
According to a police report, Tintori threatened emergency room staff, saying "take off your vest and I'll kick your ass." Police say a Good Samaritan employee was "alarmed and disturbed" by Tintori's behavior and believed she should be arrested.
Tintori is accused of continuing to make threats to hospital employees as she left the building. A police officer soon found Tintori at a bus stop, where she reportedly said "her mouth" would get her arrested.

Police say Tintori admitted to "swearing loudly" and making threats to an employee.
Tintori was arrested and taken to the Downers Grove Police Department, where she was issued an ordinance violate for disorderly conduct and released on an I-bond.

On July 18, another patient was arrested at Good Samaritan after being accused of threatening to kill an emergency room nurse.
