Seville by Fabio Viviani Launches Weekend Brunch

And the Menu Is as Stunning as the Rooftop Views!

One of Chicago’s most beautiful rooftops just got a whole lot more irresistible. Seville, the Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant from celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, is set to elevate Chicago's weekend dining scene with the launch of brunch service beginning Saturday, May 2nd. With Chef Viviani's signature flair and breathtaking panoramic views of the Chicago skyline as the backdrop, brunch at Seville promises to be more than a meal…it's a weekend ritual worth rearranging your schedule for.

Nestled atop one of Chicago's most exciting new rooftops, Seville's new weekend brunch promises the same sun-soaked, Mediterranean spirit that has made the restaurant a destination for discerning diners.

The menu is a love letter to Iberian culture and American indulgence in equal measure.
