Thieves Steal 4 Catalytic Converters In Downers Grove: Crime Blotter

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Catalytic converters were stolen from four cars in Downers Grove, according to the village's most recent crime blotter.

Catalytic Converters Stolen from Two Cars at Best Western

Thieves stole catalytic converters from two Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicles that were parked at Best Western, 3010 Finley Rd. Police say the thefts took place sometime between 9:30 p.m. on June 25 and 9:40 a.m. on June 26.

Catalytic Converter Stolen from Car in 5200 Block of Washington Street

A catalytic converter was stolen from a car while it was parked in a lot in the 5200 block of Washington Street. The incident happened sometime between 5 p.m. on June 27 and 10 a.m. on June 28.

Catalytic Converter Stolen from Car in 900 Block of Burlington Avenue

Police say a catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota Prius that was parked in the 900 block of Burlington Avenue sometime between 6 p.m. on June 27 and 7:30 a.m. on June 28.
