The World Elf Organization is a small business run by a stay -at-home mom from her tiny garage in Southern California. All the Elf Prop Kits are designed by her and painstakingly hand made and packed (with the help of her amazing husband and occasional 'help' of her 6yr old son) She wants to create cherished memories for you and your little ones.
