ELMHURST, IL - The Elmhurst Park District will plant 75 new trees this year, according to a release. This year's planting also includes 15 new trees at York Commons to replace some of the trees that were previously removed due to the York Commons storm water maintenance project.In February, the Park District approved a bid of $25,671 to plant the 75 new trees throughout Elmhurst parks.
