Bryan Middle School Students Shine In Fenwick Math Contest
Nine students from Bryan Middle School participated in the Jr. High Math Contest at Fenwick High School.
ELMHURST, IL — Nine students from Bryan Middle School participated in the Jr. High Math Contest at Fenwick High School on Saturday, Nov. 12. The contest consists of three 30-minute tests, during which students are not allowed to use calculators.
Bryan Math Team members include: Andrew Brooks, Jericho Calago, Ryder Maston, Magnus Mikhail, Maddie Fine, Charlie Scanlon, Sam Wit, Luke Lestina and Joe Drewno. The district said the six-person Bryan Demons team placed second overall in their division.
Jericho Calago and Andrew Brooks also placed 3rd overall in the two-person competition. Jericho Calago had the 7th highest overall score. Andrew Brooks had the 4th highest overall score.
