Cars Burglarized In South Elmhurst: Cops
All the vehicles were reported as unlocked, local police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Residents in south Elmhurst reported their unlocked cars were burglarized overnight Tuesday.
Nothing was reported stolen in any of the cases. One burglary was determined to have taken place about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
At least five households reported burglaries. They were in the 900 block of South Parkside Avenue, 800 block of Chatham Avenue, 100 block of East Wilson Street and 300 block of East Madison Street, police said.

Two car burglaries were reported a week earlier.
Other western suburbs have also received burglary reports recently, including Western Springs, Hinsdale, Darien, Burr Ridge and La Grange.
