District 212 students inducted into French Honor Society
A average in French and an interest in the culture required.

A total of 30 Leyden students who have an A average in French, as well as an interest in the language and culture, were inducted into the Societe Honoraire de francais (French Honor Society) on Tuesday, February 27 in the Little Theater at East Leyden High School. Congratulations to the following students on their achievement.
The East Leyden inductees are: Adam Chojnowski, Maryfer Corona, Bridget Covarrubias, Yahaira Espino, Vitaliy Garasymovych, Jasia Gosanko, Lixzy Herrera, Sean Kilraine, David Matysek, Omar Montiel-Martinez, Gabriel Skowronek, Luis Villanueva and Wiktoria Zielinski.
The West Leyden inductees are: Mario Aguirre-Rosales, Alan Alaniz, Jason Alvarado, Jesus Carranza, Yahuana Colon Vazquez, Paola Corral, Oscar Diaz, Sofia Flores, Angel Gomez, Ashlee Jimenez, Andre Martinex, Nicole Mendez, Emily Najera, Giselle Rios, Laura Sanchez-Flores, Marlene Sandoval and Jasmine Zesati.

Students from both campuses were inducted into the French Honor Society in late February.
