Elmhurst Academy Celebrates Diversity

On Friday, March 23, Elmhurst Academy opened its doors to its students, families, alumni, and community members as they had the opportunity to travel the world for the school’s 16th Annual Celebration of Diversity. With passports in hand, they journeyed from room to room to explore the rich history of Chile, the breath-taking views of Switzerland, and the unique culture of Japan.

This annual event culminates and highlights the school’s global studies program and showcases the in-depth cultural learning and explorations of the students.

Guests were invited to participate in various hands-on activities, taste foods that are native to the classroom country, view a showcase of materials created by the students and delight in amazing cultural performances.
