Man Settling Elmhurst Slip-And-Fall Case
The fall occurred five years ago on an Elmhurst street, according to a city memo.

ELMHURST, IL – The Elmhurst City Council on Monday is set to vote on settling with a man who sued the city over a slip and fall five years ago, according to a city memo.
Under the agreement, the city is set to pay the man, Vincent Incopero, $70,000.
The slip and fall occurred Nov. 20, 2018, on a city sidewalk near the bike racks along the railroad right-of-way in the 100 block of West Park Street, near the train station, the memo said.
