Elmhurst Shop Investigated As Chronic Nuisance: Cops
The store recently sold a substance containing THC, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst store this week was the subject of a chronic nuisance investigation by local police after it was charged with selling a product containing THC, police said.
On March 7, a 69-year-old employee was cited on a charge of selling Delta 8 synthetic marijuana at Little Shopper, 697 N. York St., police said. The city barred such sales late last year.
In May 2020, police reported that Little Shopper was open in violation of the governor's stay-at-home order in the early months of the pandemic.
