Elmhurst Woman Among Latest Charged
In another case, a man was arrested after obstructing his identification from officers, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst released its latest arrest log Monday. Here is information from the reports:
Visitation interference
- Beata A. Miklowicz, 41, of Elmhurst, was cited about 3 p.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Grade School, 132 Arthur St., on a charge of unlawful visitation interference. She was released on bond.
Obstructing identification

- Duane Allen, 55, of Chicago, was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Friday at Shell gas station, 301 W. Butterfield Road, on charges of obstructing identification and disorderly conduct. He was released on bond.
DUI
- Dawid Jaskiewicz, 38, of Oak Lawn, was arrested about 5 a.m. Sunday at Schiller Street and Avon Road on charges of DUI and transportation of open alcohol by a driver. Police said Jaskiewicz was asleep behind the wheel of a parked car. He was released on bond.
