Illinois Tollway Holds Open House In Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL — The Illinois Tollway will hold an open house meeting at Elmhurst City Hall to discuss operational improvements to reduce congestion at the I-290/I-88 interchange on the Tri-State Tollway, according to a release from the city. The meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, July 20, at city hall, 209 N. York St.
According to the release, the goal of the meeting is to present the purpose and need for improvements and obtain feedback. The meeting will be held in an open house format with exhibits and an audio-visual presentation on display. Tollway personnel will also be present to receive input, provide information and answer questions.
