Evanston Native & Current Resident Performs in Storytelling Fest
Evanston Native and Current Resident, Nona Flores, Performs in Virtual 25th Annual Fillet of Solo Festival, Jan. 21- Feb. 13

Evanston native and current resident Nona Flores, performs her original work I Sleep With Dogs in Lifeline Theatre’s 25th Annual Fillet of Solo Festival, running virtually January 21- February 13.
Nona Flores grew up in Evanston and attended Evanston Township High School as a youth in the community. Her piece, I Sleep With Dogs, is both written and performed by her. The biggest insight we have into her work is its description, “The wet spot on the bed is snot.” Evanston residents, you’ll have to tune in to hear her story enfold.
Celebrating the breadth of Chicago’s enduring storytelling and live-lit scene, Lifeline virtually brings 10 storytelling collectives and 28 solo performers together from all over the country in a three-week online gallery of powerful, personal stories.
