Fewer Emergency Calls For 2017 Dillo Day
The number of hospitalizations was nearly cut in half compared with last year.

EVANSTON, IL — There were fewer people taken to the hospital, fewer parties shut down and fewer citations for underage drinking than last year for this year's Dillo Day, the annual outdoor day-long music festival on Northwestern's campus.
Evanston police said no one was arrested and there were no citations for drug-related activities this year. Police shut down two parties off-campus and issued a total of four citations. One was for underage drinking and three were for public urination.
Dillo Day has been held since 1972 and is the largest student-run music festival in the country, according to organizers.
