EVANSTON, IL - From the City of Evanston: Dudley Fair and his South Boulevard Band will rock the house with Old School R&B hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s this Thursday night, August 24, at 7 p.m. We'll be dancing in the aisles as Dudley and his smokin' hot band tear the roof off the sucker!
Next up, this Friday night, August 25, at 7 p.m., is our Jazz Meets Delta Blues IV concert. Internationally renowned jazz bassists Marlene Rosenberg and her jazz ensemble with songstress extraordinaire Bobbi Wilsyn will meet the original Delta Bluesman David "Chainsaw" Dupont for an evening of jazz classics, original compositions and some real downhome blues.
Before each concert, starting at 5:30 p.m., you can purchase a delicious $10 barbecue dinner with a cold beverage courtesy of Evanston's own Hecky's BBQ, served outdoors. Enjoy amazing rib tips, hot links, smoked wings and mouth watering sides, and then come indoors for concerts that promise to be the musical events of the summer. Purchase your tickets today for only $15. Premium Gold Members can use their Gold Cards; one punch for each concert.
