New Welcome Center at Bahai Temple To Open in May
19,000 square foot building has been in the works since 2012.

A new welcome center will be constructed at The Bahá’í House of Worship in Wilmette.
The DailyNorthShore.com reports the new entrance will be situated at the temple’s main entrance on Linden Avenue and replace the current entrance.
“The welcome center is for everyone,” explained Ellen Price, Assistant Director of Communications for the U.S. Bahá’í National Center located in Evanston. “We want this to be a place [visitors] can come to before going to the temple.”
