Skokie Bar Stabbing Leaves 1 Hospitalized, Another in Custody

A fight at the Skokie House late Friday resulted in serious injuries for a 52-year-old man.

A 52-year-old man was stabbed at a Skokie bar Friday night and police have one suspect in custody.

Police responded to the Skokie House at 7887 Lincoln Avenue around 10:10 p.m. to a call of two men fighting to find one of them with “several stab wounds,” according to the Chicago Tribune. The man is listed in serious condition at Presence St. Francis Hospital in Evanston.

A suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the stabbing. The North Regional Major Crimes Task Force investigates.
