University leaders reportedly voted 12-2 Sunday to call off college athletics amid the coronavirus pandemic.
If coronavirus continues to spread among students, officials said they are prepared to delay or cancel the season based on medical advice.
Workouts were paused until Wednesday at the earliest after a player tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, according to a newspaper report.
