Tell Patch Your Worst (Or Best) Customer Story
The Rude Woman at Edzo's made us wonder what other local customer horror stories are out there.

owner Eddie Lakin recently published an epic blog post documenting his experience with a horrible customer, dubbed Rude Woman.
Rude Woman broke the restaurant's rule of holding a table before placing an order, and when politely asked to move, Lakin said, she caused a commotion and made life difficult for a while. After she left, she attempted to call a manager to get Lakin in trouble, not knowing he was the owner of the restaurant.
"This incident put a real damper on an otherwise great day. We were super-busy, we cranked out tons of great food, and nearly everyone seemed very pleased with their Edzo's experience. So it bums me out that I'm dwelling on this one interaction and letting it get me down," wrote Lakin.
