Toni Patisserie and Cafe Unveils Its New Crepes Menu

An Authentic Taste of Brittany Comes to Chicago

Chicagoans can indulge in authentic French crêpes, as Toni Pâtisserie & Café has launched a petite crêperie within its restaurant. The café's proprietor, world-renowned pastry chefToniMarie Cox, has announced the new menu on April 21."We are committed to creating an atmosphere that is authentically French," said Toni. "The addition of crêpes is yet another way that we're able to give our guests a little taste of France."

The menu includes Cox's interpretation of the delicacy that originated in the French province of Brittany. Her introductory menu includes both sweet and savory crêpes such as classic ham and cheese (with or without eggs), Banana Nutella, Lemon Curd with Raspberry Coulis, Ratatouille with Feta Cheese, and Chicken and Bechamel; additional selections and seasonal items will be added over time. Each crêpe is made to order at the restaurant's open crêperie station that was custom built to accommodate the menu extension.
