$5,000 Reward Offered in South Suburban Bank Robbery
Pick-a-Logo Bandit held up a Hometown bank branch on Feb. 27.

The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the capture of a bank robber who held up a Hometown U.S. Bank branch at gunpoint on Feb. 27.
Known as the “Pick-a-Logo Bandit” because of the jackets he wears on the job, the man is suspected in three bank robberies, according to the FBI.
On Nov. 28 and Jan. 3, at the U.S. Bank, 3525 W. 63rd St., the same man entered the bank each time, lifted up his jacket to show a weapon and demanded money. A weapon was only seen in the Jan. 3 stickup. On Feb. 27, at the U.S. Bank branch, 4062 Southwest Highway in Hometown, the robber pointed a gun at a bank employee and demanded money, the FBI said in a statement.
