Craigslist Scammer Sold Fake Concert Tickets That He Made on His Computer: COPS
After he ripped off another unsuspecting buyer, Evergreen Park police set up another buy with the man after exchanging 31 emails.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- A Chicago man was arrested after he sold fake concert tickets that he allegedly made on his computer. Alex Reynolds, 19, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a forgery charge.
According to the charges, Reynolds met up with a woman on June 21 at the Evergreen Park Culver’s after responding to an ad Reynolds had placed on Craigslist to sell concert tickets. After she paid him $325, she discovered the tickets were fake.
During the transaction, the woman snapped a picture of Reynolds with her cell phone. When she learned the tickets were fake, she sent a link to the ad to Evergreen Park police. The prosecutor said police contacted Reynolds via Craigslist to purchase concert tickets. After an exchange of 31 emails, officers arranged to meet Reynolds on June 26 at McDonald’s.
