Evergreen Park Participating in Mass Dispensing Drill in Oak Lawn
The drill will take place Sunday, March 1 from 9 a.m. to noon at Richard's High School in Oak Lawn.
A mass dispensing drill will take place March 1 at Richards High School to help practice for a public health emergency, according to the Oak Lawn Police Department.
The drill will be conducted by the Oak Lawn Emergency Management Agency, the Villages of Evergreen Park and Chicago Ridge and the Cook County Department of Public Health.
From 9 a.m. to noon, the municipalities and the department of public health will practice dispensing medication to a community in a pretend public health emergency, the police department reported.
