Girl, 12, with Bipolar Disorder Reported Missing from Morgan Park
Charity Percy has not been taking her medication, police said.

Chicago police are asking area residents to be on the lookout for a 12-year-old girl reported missing from the Morgan Park area.
Charity Percy is described as about 5-foot-1, weighing 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black stretch pants and a grey Clissold Elementary School hoodie.

She reportedly has bipolar disorder and has not been taking her medication. She is known to frequent Blackwelder Park on 155th Street, police said.
