Mt. Greenwood Man Dies In Motorcycle Crash
Motorcycle had right of way. Driver of Mitsubishi cited on traffic offenses in Sunday morning crash in Beverly, Sun-Times reports.

The driver of a Mitsubishi was cited in a fatal accident on Sunday involving a motorcycle, the Sun-Times reported.
A 38-year-old Mt. Greenwood man died in a motorcycle that happened around 10:20 a.m. Sunday in the South Beverly neighborhood.
According to the Sun-Times, said Slawomir Kasprzak was driving motorcycle northbound in the 9900 block of South Western Avenue when it struck a 2011 Mitsubishi leaving a parking lot that was also heading north.

Kasprzak was pronounced dead at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park about 25 minutes later, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office told the paper.
The medical examiner said Kasprzak died of multiple injuries and ruled the death an accident following an autopsy performed monday.

Police cited the 42-year-old man driving the Mitsubishi for failing to stop and yield for the motorcycle, which had the right of way.
