On the Agenda:
- The board and Sexton will hold a public meeting, acting as a zoning committee, on the request of the Village to rezone the property at 9125 S. Pulaski Road from a Single Family Residential District to a Commercial District. The board will vote on Ordinance 2-2011, which rezones the property.
- The board is expected to vote on a request from Favor Entertainment for a Class E liquor license which allows restaurant consumption of beer and wine on the premises.
- The village board will vote on the Department of Public Works' collective bargaining agreement for the period of May 1, 2010 - April 30, 2013.
- The Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees will hear reports on bid openings, bid lettings and approved payments.
Members of the audience are invited to speak during the open public forum. The board asks speakers to limit comments to three minutes.
