• Evergreen Park Community High School 2026 Alums And 1 Senior Earn Prestigious AP Capstone Diplomas (patch.com) — Evergreen Park Community High School is celebrating 13 members of the class of 2026 and one current senior who earned the rigorous AP Capstone diploma, highlighting the school's growing commitment to advanced academics. Another six current students and recent alums received the AP Seminar and Research Certificate, with several still working toward the full diploma, underscoring strong college-readiness efforts in Evergreen Park.
   

• Evergreen Park Plans Fun, Educational Open House And Safety Fair, This Saturday (patch.com) — Evergreen Park families can head to the village firehouse this Saturday, Sept. 19, for a free open house and safety fair packed with kid-friendly activities. From touching fire trucks to learning escape plans and car-seat safety, firefighters will offer hands-on demonstrations, refreshments, and a chance to explore the station at 9000 S. Kedzie Ave. All ages are welcome.
