Tear Drop Tatts ID Gun-Waving Man From Evergreen Park Bar: Cops
Convicted Crestwood felon arrested after he showed off a loaded Glock to several patrons at the Red Palm Bar and Grill, prosecutor said.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- A Crestwood man was arrested after he displayed a gun to several patrons in an Evergreen Park bar, prosecutors said. Conrad Delboscue, 31, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. Delbosue was ordered held without bond.
Around 10:50 p.m. Aug. 13, Delboscue and two companions entered the Red Palm Bar and Grill, 3020 W. 95th St. in Evergreen Park. According to witnesses, a man with tear drop tattoos, later identified as Delboscue, was showing a gun to numerous people on the patio. Evergreen Park police were call officers found a Glock 19 9mm loaded with 15 rounds. The manager of the business provided surveillance video of Delboscue laying the gun on the ground when officers arrived, the prosecutor said. Delboscue did not have a FOID card or a conceal-carry permit for the gun, according to the charges.
Delboscue has three felony convictions, include an unlawful use of weapon charge in 2013, for which he received four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Delboscue was also sentenced to one year in prison for driving on a revoked license in 2011, and received one year probation for robbery in 2008, the prosecutor said.

The assistant public defender told the judge that Delboscue is employed as a painter and has a malformed carotid artery as his mother wept in the courtroom. Felice ordered that Delboscue be held without bond. Delboscue’s next court date is Sept. 11 in Bridgeview.
