Dominic's Pizza and Pasta Opens Thursday
The new pizza place, which replaces Louie's Pizza and Pasta in Vineyards Plaza, will serve the dinner crowd at first and be primarily a carry-out restaurant.
After running the new place through a test opening, owner Dominic Cutinello is ready to let Frankfort experience his first foray into the restaurant business.

Cutinello said the restaurant will serve not only pizza but pasta and other Italian dishes as well. Dominic's will be primarily a carry-out establishment, although there will be some counter and outdoor seating available. Starting out, the pizza place will stick with dinner hours, but Cutinello, a Romeoville resident, said he hopes to eventually serve the lunch crowd
Dominic's had a "soft opening" Wednesday, June 13, with invited guests stopping by for a few hours in the late afternoon and early evening to try out the food for free.
