7-Eleven, Mobile Cited for Selling Tobacco to Minors
The following information was supplied by the Batavia Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Batavia police issued two citations for sale of tobacco to minors, according to reports filed at 6 p.m. Dec. 17.
- Khwaja Katariwala, 62, of Winfield was arrested at the 7-Eleven at 710 E. Fabyan Parkway and has a court date of Jan. 21.
- Oscar Correa, 20, of Batavia was arrested at the Mobil Gas Station at 27 N. Batavia Ave. and also has a court date of Jan. 21.
