On Saturday November 23rd In Person Counselors and Navigators from VNA and the Campaign for Better Healthcare will be on site at UUSG to work with you in person. If you or someone you know would like to learn more about the health care coverage options and financial assistance that may be available under the Affordable Care Act (aka ObamaCare), this is a wonderful opportunity to get one on one help from trained councilors who can guide you step by step thru the on line healthcare Insurance sign up process. Spanish speaking counselors will be available. This event is free and open to everyone.

To register and reserve an appointment time please send an email with your name and phone number to healthcare@uusg.org or call Bill Scown at (630) 360 0905 by Saturday, November 16th. In Person counselors will call registered attendees the week before the event to explain the information that you will need to bring on Saturday November 23rd and answer questions.
