Bombs Away in Halloween Graffiti?
The drawing appears to be of bombs falling through the sky toward the ground, police say.
Someone drew with what appeared to be a brown erasable marker on the east side of the wall of a business at 14 East State St. sometime between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 31, reports said.
