You do not have to make a trip into the city of Chicago to get the latest and greatest technology for indoor cycling! A new studio has just opened in St.Charles called S&L Tri-CycleFit Studio. It is a studio that is the result of two locals who are passionate about their business. Leslie Grosshauser has been teaching Group Exercise in the Tri-City area for over 15 years, she came to Sammy Radi of Sammy's bikes with a "wild" idea, to create a studio which simulates outdoor riding to the tee!!!
