On Sunday December 8th In Person Counselors and Navigators will be on site at UUSG to work with you in person. If you or someone you know would like to learn more about the health care coverage options and financial assistance that may be available under the Affordable Care Act (aka ObamaCare), this is a wonderful opportunity to get one on one help from trained counselors who can guide you step by step through the on line healthcare Insurance sign up process. Spanish speaking counselors will be available. This event is free and open to everyone.
To register and reserve an appointment time please send an email with your name and phone number to healthcare@uusg.org or call Bill Scown at (630) 360 0905 no later than Wednesday December 4th. We will call registered attendees back on Thursday the 5th to explain the information that they will need to bring to the event on Sunday the 8th and answer questions.
