driveway snow and ice safety

     Its that time of year again folks of Geneva.Winter has arrived with a vengence.Its all about the SNOW.1 thing i have found is DON,T USE SALT on your driveways and sidewalks.Use a combination of sand or kitty litter and calcium chloride on them. One thing is the cat little and sand helps give you grip while the calcium chloride melts the snow and ice.When the ice refreezes the sand is good for grip so you dont fall.There are a lot of things on the market to use so you won,t damage your driveways so don,t be affraid to try out something new.Most of all BE CAREFUL.Good luck and be snow safe.
